Toccara Whittington Kellogg is the owner/event coordinator extraordinaire of A Touch of Joy Events by Toccara. For the past few years, Toccara has enjoyed hosting beautiful events for her family and close friends to enjoy.
With her great personality along with her creative eye, she has been able to create fun and safe environments for her successful events that others can enjoy. It didn’t take long before people were looking forward to her events and would ask her the date of the next one while exiting the current one. It was at this moment she knew she had gift she needed to share. It gives her joy to see others happy and enjoying life.
Toccara is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has been involved in fashion, arts and crafts, as well as musical events since she was a child. She always strives to be an inspiration to others. She aspires to become a great leader and build a legacy for her family.
